As we know “Education is an overall development of Human being”. Annai Velanknni College was established in 1987 with a goal of importing social, cultural and economic development of the youth, mainly from rural areas.
There is a Chinese proverb, “instead giving fish, teach them to catch fish”. Similarlyeducation plays a vital role in the growth of the society. So through education,  let us try to eliminate the socio-economic and cultural poverty among the under developed communities in  and around us.
As Dr.Martin Luther King says, “The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and critically. Intelligence plus character is the goal of true education”. Let us improve our intelligence and character through education.
The main motto of  Annai Velanknni College is to provide quality education by talented and well experienced teachers, guiding the youth in all directions for the proper life and services.
